Your Drive, right in File Explorer.
Drive Officially keeps a folder on your PC in sync with your MailOfficially Drive, your shared drives and the files people share with you. It shows up as its own drive, so you open, save and drag files like you always do.
Works the way your PC already does
Its own drive letter
Your Drive shows as drive M: in File Explorer, with your shared drives and Shared with me inside it.
Two-way sync
Add, edit, rename, move or delete on the PC and it happens in Drive too. Changes in Drive come down to the PC.
Nobody's work is lost
If a file is changed in two places at once, both copies are kept, named with the PC and the time.
Only in Drive Officially
Never deleted for good
When something is deleted in Drive, your PC copy goes to the Windows Recycle Bin, not into thin air. Deletes on the PC go to the Drive trash.
Drive only, nothing else
The app's sign-in can reach your files and nothing more. It can't open your email, contacts or settings.
Ready for healthcare
For companies with the HIPAA safeguards on, it asks you to sign in again every 30 days, and every sign-in and removal is in the audit log.
Private logs
The app's logs never hold file contents or sign-in details, and file names are replaced by short codes, so they are safe to send to support.
One switch for the company
Admins can turn the app off for everyone at once, or remove a single computer, and it stops syncing straight away.
Included with your mail
No extra plan and no admin rights needed. If you have MailOfficially with Drive, you already have Drive Officially.
